Where do languages, creativity, and data intersect? Coding!
I am new to coding, but already I can see rewarding results: my Visual Basic sales system enabled my
current client to
effectively track sales and payments in a familiar environment during her first year of business.
Her satisfaction motivates me to build richer tools to empower businesses to make decisions informed by their data.
It is so rewarding to see something I imagined turn into tangible results for the clients I serve. My creativity and
methodical nature make me great at analyzing a situation, defining a problem, and proposing the benefits and drawbacks
to potential solutions.
Most of my work experience is in business systems analysis and IT project management, and I see coding as a perfect
complement to the trifecta. I just finished learning HTML and CSS and am onto JavaScript. This is an exciting transition,
and I love every step towards mastery! These days, the steps are mostly failing, calling on diligence and determination,
and celebrating success.
